Athletics Carnival Barbecue Lunch Special

Dear Parents and Carers,

On Thursday 17^th September, Stage 2 and 3 students will be participating in a modified version of the athletics carnival. The starting time for the carnival will be 9.30 am.

In order to comply with current Covid restrictions, students will participate in a range of activities including modified year group races, long jump, shot put and novelty events. These events and races will be run according to school year groupings rather than age. Sadly, no parent attendance is permitted on the day.

House points will be awarded on the basis of participation only. Having fun, enjoying physical activity and sportsmanship will be the focus of the day as there will be no district carnival for students to progress to this year.

Please dress up in your best sun safe house colours (no singlets), longer shorts, a hat, sunscreen and water bottle ready for a full day of fun!

To add to the fun and enjoyment of the day, Matt from the canteen will be providing a lunch special of one sausage sandwich plus a Quelch 100% fruit juice ice-block for $3 (vegetarian or gluten free option available).

Please pre-order your delicious lunch on the form attached and return with payment or POP receipt number by Monday 14^th September. Please be aware the canteen will not be open for other purchases.
